DO NOT USE PRODUCTS SOLD BY INVENSENSE AS CRITICAL COMPONENTS IN LIFE SUPPORT DEVICES OR SYSTEMS, MILITARY APPLICATIONS OR GOVERNMENT FUNDED CONTRACTS.
A critical component is any component of a life support device or system whose failure to perform can be reasonably expected to cause the failure of the life support device or system, or to affect its safety or effectiveness. Any attempt to purchase any InvenSense product for that purpose is null and void and InvenSense accepts no liability whatsoever in contract, tort or otherwise whether or not resulting from our or our employees' negligence or failure to detect an improper purchase.
LIFE SUPPORT DEVICES: INVENSENSE'S PRODUCTS ARE NOT AUTHORIZED FOR USE AS CRITICAL COMPONENTS OF LIFE SUPPORT DEVICES OR SYSTEMS. INVENSENSE DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR SUCH USAGE, WHICH SHALL BE AT PURCHASER'S SOLE RISK, EVEN IF INVENSENSE HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY NOTIFIED OF SUCH USAGE. AS USED HEREIN, "LIFE SUPPORT DEVICES OR SYSTEMS" ARE DEVICES OR SYSTEMS WHICH ARE INTENDED FOR IMPLANT INTO THE BODY TO SUPPORT OR SUSTAIN LIFE, OR TO ASSIST THEREIN, AND WHOSE FAILURE TO PERFORM CAN BE REASONABLY EXPECTED TO RESULT IN SIGNIFICANT INJURY TO THE USER. A "CRITICAL COMPONENT" IS ANY COMPONENT OF A LIFE SUPPORT DEVICE OR SYSTEM WHOSE FAILURE TO PERFORM CAN REASONABLY BE EXPECTED TO CAUSE OR RESULT IN THE FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE OF A LIFE SUPPORT DEVICE OR SYSTEM OR TO ADVERSELY AFFECT ITS SAFETY OR EFFECTIVENESS.
MILITARY APPLICATIONS OR GOVERNMENT FUNDED CONTRACTS: INVENSENSE'S PRODUCTS SHOULD NOT BE USED OR SOLD FOR USE IN THE DEVELOPMENT, PRODUCTION, STOCKPILING OR UTILIZATION OF ANY AND ALL MILITARY WEAPONS OR FOR OTHER PRODUCTS FUNDED BY THE GOVERNMENT THAT ARE CONTROLLED OR RESTRICTED BY FOREIGN TRADE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES THAT REQUIRE EXPORT LICENSES.
All orders submitted through the InvenSense web site are specifically subject to all the terms and conditions contained herein. No change, alterations, deletion or modification of any of these terms and conditions is permitted. No person is authorized to accept, confirm, or vary these terms and conditions including all representations and warranties unless they have been posted on InvenSense web site. All terms are specifically and exclusively subject to interpretation under the US Uniform Commercial Code and all claims or dipsutes shall be interpreted according to California Law and subject to jurisdiction in California state or federal courts at the exclusion of any other choice of law or choice of jurisdiction, including the UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

InvenSense offers its Technical Support as a convenience to InvenSense customers. InvenSense Technical Support personnel strive to provide useful information regarding InvenSense products. INVENSENSE DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT ANY INFORMATION OR RECOMMENDATION PROVIDED IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CORRECT, AND INVENSENSE SHALL HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY WHATSOEVER IN CONNECTION WITH ANY INFORMATION OR RECOMMENDATION PROVIDED, OR THE CUSTOMER'S RELIANCE ON SUCH INFORMATION OR RECOMMENDATION. THE CUSTOMER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANALYZING AND DETERMINING THE APPROPRIATENESS OF ANY INFORMATION OR RECOMMENDATION PROVIDED BY INVENSENSE TECHNICAL SUPPORT PERSONNEL, AND ANY RELIANCE ON SUCH INFORMATION OR RECOMMENDATION IS AT THE CUSTOMER'S SOLE RISK AND DISCRETION. ACCORDINGLY, THE CUSTOMER SHALL RELEASE AND HOLD INVENSENSE HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LOSS, LIABILITY, AND DAMAGE INCURRED BY THE CUSTOMER OR ANY THIRD PARTY AS A RESULT OF ANY INFORMATION OR RECOMMENDATION PROVIDED TO THE CUSTOMER OR THE CUSTOMER'S RELIANCE ON SUCH INFORMATION OR RECOMMENDATION.

General Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
INVENSENSE MAKES NO WARRANTY, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WITH RESPECT TO ANY PRODUCT, AND SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES FOR MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. INVENSENSE'S SOLE OBLIGATION AND LIABILITY FOR PRODUCT DEFECTS SHALL BE, AT INVENSENSE OPTION, TO REPLACE SUCH DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR REFUND TO CUSTOMER THE AMOUNT PAID BY CUSTOMER THEREFORE. IN NO EVENT SHALL INVENSENSE'S LIABILITY EXCEED THE BUYER'S PURCHASE PRICE.
The foregoing remedy shall be subject to buyer's written notification of defect and return of the defective product within ninety (90) days of purchase. The foregoing remedy does not apply to products that have been subjected to misuse (including without limitation static discharge), neglect, accident or modification, or to products that have been soldered or altered during assembly, or are otherwise not capable of being tested.
IN NO EVENT SHALL INVENSENSE BE LIABLE TO THE BUYER OR TO ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, OR LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE PROVIDED OR TO BE PROVIDED BY INVENSENSE, OR THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SAME, EVEN IF INVENSENSE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Infringement Disclaimer
Notwithstanding section 2-312 of any applicable version of the Uniform Commercial Code or any other similar law, or any purchase order term, other contractual provision or the like from the buyer, Invensense: (i) expressly disclaims any and all warranties against third party claims for infringement or the like, and (ii) shall have no obligation of any kind to the buyer for claims brought by third parties against the buyer for infringement or the like arising out of or in any way related to product purchased by the buyer from InvenSensse.

Prices/Quantities
Prices are subject to change without notice and quantities may be limited. All orders are subject to current pricing at time of acceptance by InvenSense. No trade in other currencies will be accepted.
Lead Time
Quantities of less than 500 units, lead time is 1 to 2 weeks. For quantities greater than 500, the lead time is 4 to 6 weeks.
Shipping Information
InvenSense is opened and staffed Monday through Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm Pacific Standard Time (US, CA), subject to holidays. Orders are shipped only on these business days. Orders and correspondence received on Saturday and Sunday will be addressed/shipped on the following Monday and included in that day's business.
We fill majority of orders within 2 to 3 business days.
Any taxes and duties for international shipments are at the cost of the customer. InvenSense is not responsable for any extra charges once the original package has been shipped.
Payment
All payments are made through Pay Pal. Pay Pal accepts: Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover and Pay Pal. When registering or logging into the Pay Pal site, Pay Pal will verify that your internet browser is running Secure Sockets Layer 3.0 (SSL) or higher. Information is protected by SSL with an encrypton key lenghts of 128bits (the highest level commercially available). Your personal information is stored on Pay Pal's servers and heavily guarded, both physically and electronically. To further shield your credit card and bank numbers, Pay Pal do not directly connect their firewall-protected servers to the Internet. Sales Tax
Purchaser agrees to pay an amount equal to any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, duties and other levies, which amount shall be an additional charge to Purchaser hereunder. All orders with a California shipping address will include a 8.25% California sales tax on the merchandise portion of your order.
International Orders
In addition to the United States and its territories, InvenSense accepts international orders. All orders of international origin are exported from the US in accordance with the Export Administration Regulations.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies
InvenSense will replace or credit, at their option, any product they deem defective. All returns must be authorized by an RMA Number. Email sales@invensense.com for authorization number before shipping back any merchandise. Please include your name, phone number and order number in your email request.Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for any shipping charges of merchandise being returned to us.
InvenSense will not be under any obligation to replace any device but will issue credit, at their option, upon verification of the Purchaser's complaint. If, after InvenSense's evaluation , it is found that the defect was caused by the Purchaser or the device is acceptable, InvenSense will return said device to Purchaser and rebill or deny the debit. This warranty period is limited to thirty (30) days from date of shipment unless stated otherwise in writing by InvenSense. In no event shall InvenSense be liable for loss of profit, loss of use, incidental damages, consequential damages or any loss, cost, or damages of any kind based upon a claim for defective products or breach of warranty.
ROHS Compliant
The RoHS Directive stands for "the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment". This Directive bans the placing on the EU market of new electrical and electronic equipment containing more than agreed levels of lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyl (PBB) and polybrominated diphenyl ether (PBDE) flame retardants.
Human health and environmental concerns are having a tremendous impact on the materials that electronic components and system suppliers use to manufacture their products today. InvenSense is fully committed to supplying only Hazardous Substance Free Products.
Our customers, consumer electronic end-product manufacturers, are facing government guidelines that require their products to be lead-free (Pb), Green and free of hazardous substances to facilitate environmentally safe recycling and to eliminate personal health hazards.
In order to support our customers' system compliancy requirements and contribute to the global improvement of our environment, InvenSense only offers our Gyros in standard, lead-free, Green and RoHS compliant packaging. In fact, InvenSense has never offered its products in anything but lead-free, Green, and RoHS compliant packaging.
Lead(Pb)-FreePb-Free at INVENSENSE means semiconductor products that are compatible with the current RoHS requirements for all six substances, including the requirement that lead not exceed 0.1% by weight in homogeneous material. Where designed to be soldered at high temperatures, INVENSENSE Pb-Free products are suitable for use in specified lead-free processes.
INVENSENSE designed its first product as a lead (Pb)-Free Green packaged part. Nickel-palladium-gold (NiPdAu) is our primary Pb-Free finish for lead-frames.
