Senior Software and Application Engineer (Job ID: #12013)

Description:

InvenSense seeks experienced software application engineer in handheld/mobile software development and customer technical supports.

The candidate should be able to:

• Understand how to debug the software in system level and the software stacks inter-operation among OS application/kernel/driver/HAL on handheld/embedded platforms.
• Develop test and demo applications in C and/or Java.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years experience in Embedded / Real-time programming
• Device driver developments
• C/C++ programming
• Linux, Android and/or Win experience is a plus
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Java / JME / handset application development is a plus
• Open source experience is a plus
• Mobile/Handset product/business/industry experience is a plus

Requirements:

• B.S./ M.S. in computer science, electrical engineering, or equivalent
