This position will be reporting to the President and CEO.

Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in semiconductor FA, quality, and reliability management in the areas of analog and mixed signal ICs
- Experienced in, and champion of, well-established Quality methodologies such as Zero Defect, Six-Sigma or other
- Ability to manage Quality teams in the US and abroad
- Strong customer and vendor management skills and experience in satisfying very demanding customers
- Experience working in fast and dynamic growing companies
- Experience with high volume, high quality production lines
