Description:
Business System Analyst will mainly provide support for company ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics AX. This will include, but not limited to:
- Analyzing business processes, learning, configuring and maintaining ERP applications to meet the requirements of various users.
- Providing day-to-day support for users’ requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Understand and translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Perform application administration tasks including security administration, production environment monitoring and other routine functions.
- Assessing and documenting business and technical requirements to improve new or existing processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Information System or Computer Science, Finance or Business
- Two years of recent, hands-on experience with any ERP systems
- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely (written and verbal) is required.
- Ability to prepare and conduct business process analysis
- Ability to evaluate and interpret end user information requirements, and to develop appropriate systems and/or applications solutions
- Supply chain experience is a plus
- Experience with Dynamics AX is highly desirable.
- Programming backgrounds are plus (.net, SQL server, etc.)
