Wacoh Dismisses Patent-Infringement Lawsuit Against InvenSense

(NYSE: INVN), the leading provider of MotionTracking™ devices, today announced that the patent-infringement lawsuit filed against the company by Wacoh on July 20, 2010 has been jointly dismissed by both parties. The Northern District of California, Oakland Division, where the case was filed, dismissed the case on September 14, 2012.
