Senior Mixed Signal CMOS Designer

The Senior Mixed Signal CMOS Designer is responsible for designing, verifying, and transferring into production, integrated circuits that perform MEMS sensor signal detection and signal processing functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for the team developing high performance, low power, analog functions including A/D, D/A, ultra low noise amplifiers, demodulators and ultra low capacitance sensing circuitry. Familiarity with I2C and SPI circuitry is desired. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully designing low power, low noise, high precision CMOS analog circuits that have been manufactured in very high volumes.

Requirements:

  • MSEE with 5 years or Ph.D with 1 year experience in Analog CMOS circuit design
  • Must have excellent knowledge analog blocks such as OP-AMPS, Band Gaps, Regulators, ADCs
  • Ability to invent novel architectures and circuit solutions to meet demanding performance and cost
  • Strong background in combining analog functions for optimum performance/power
  • Solid understanding of design for testability in Analog/Mixed Signal CMOS circuitry
  • Experince with sensor signal processing, DFM and DFT is a plus
